Job Description $15,000 Sign On Bonus! Facility: Baylor Scott &
White Medical Center – Pflugerville Shift/Status: Full Time, 40
hrs/wk Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8's Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm,
with call requirement Operating Room Department Procedures:
Robotics (DaVinci – abdominal, uro-gyn, gen surg, torso/pelvic),
ortho (totals, hands, shoulders, knees, sports medicine), urology,
some cardiology, podiatry, GYN, ENT, colo-rectal, ERCPs,
endoscopies and cataracts. of Suites: Currently running 3 OR Suites
and 2 Endoscopy Suites About the Facility Baylor Scott & White -
Pflugerville is a full-service hospital, providing a wide network
of medical expertise and resources. This facility has achieved
Magnet recognition for its nursing professionalism, teamwork, and
superiority in patient care. The American Nurses Credentialing

that meet rigorous standards for nursing excellence. Baylor Scott &
White - Pflugerville features a 25-bed Main Nursing Unit which is a
blended unit with three levels of acuity and operates from a
multidisciplinary approach in providing the highest standards of
nursing care to patients and families. The facility also offers
24/7 emergency services (an 8-bed Emergency Department) and
surgical services (offering adult and pediatric surgeries). Baylor
Scott & White – Pflugerville is currently under construction for an
expansion and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. The
improvements include a brand new heart catheterization lab for
minimally invasive procedures, increased imaging options including
nuclear medicine, added emergency and trauma services and
improvements to operating room capabilities. As Baylor Scott and

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program · License/Certification o
RN – Registered Nurse o BLS – Basic Life Support (required within
30 days of hire)
