Texas, 78229! Job Opportunity – ICU Resource Pool / ED Hold
Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: February 3, 2026 Location: San
Antonio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM /
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week, rotating weekends
Highlights: 13-week assignment with extension potential in an
established medical center 4:1 patient ratio supporting overflow
units and ED holds Meditech electronic documentation system
Progressive care environment with telemetry monitoring and critical
drip management Flexible resource pool assignment supporting
multiple units as needed Part of a faith-based healthcare
organization with over 50 years of service Requirements: Active
Texas RN License (must be full license; temporary licenses not
accepted) Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
required Minimum 2 years of hospital ICU or specialty experience
Strong telemetry monitoring skills and experience managing various
IV drips Willingness to float between units according to facility
