Registered Nurse (RN) | Surgical Intensive Care Unit Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,370 to $1,564 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Contract-RN-MSICU City/State: San Antonio, Texas Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 02/04/2026 Job Description: Provide critical care nursing in the MSICU unit during night shifts. Requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities: Perform procedures such as chest tubes, trachs, GI scopes, intubations, central lines, and art lines. Administer NG tubes, Foley catheters, and dressing changes as needed. Requirements: Strong critical thinking skills with minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience. ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification. Active TX RN License; temporary licenses are not accepted.
