Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
team for a full-time night shift position. Our nurses provide
top-tier medical care in a supportive and innovative environment,
focusing on both facility-based and home-based patient care. This
role is pivotal in offering exceptional nursing services in
compliance with our standards of care and nursing practices,
ensuring holistic patient wellness and recovery. Administer
medications and treatments to patients in accordance with
healthcare plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient
conditions as appropriate, utilizing computer-based documentation
systems. Assess patient care needs and develop nursing care plans.
Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends,
and families. Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
Ensure compliance with all safety and work area standards. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare environment Competency in nursing
and patient care management Excellent organizational and time
management skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work effectively both independently and within a
team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support
(BLS) certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is
preferred
