Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor or report changes in health status of the patient. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Clinical skills and familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience and emotional intelligence Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid RN license CPR certified Driver’s license and reliable transportation as this position requires travel to patient homes
