Job Description:

Registered Nurse, you will contribute to our mission of ensuring a

commitment to improving quality of life and health outcomes for our
elderly population, ensuring compliance with the highest standards
of nursing and residential care. Assess patients' health problems
and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about
necessary actions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team
members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems Detail-oriented with strong
observational skills Ability to handle emotional and physical

the state of Texas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Preferably
Certified Gerontological Nurse (CGN) or similar credentials.
