Job Description:
Ascension seeks a dedicated and skilled Lead Vascular
Technologist to join our faith-based healthcare organization. In
this role, you will leverage innovative technology to perform
diagnostic procedures, helping to transform healthcare delivery and
outcomes in our community. You will work within a network of
hospitals and clinics, playing a pivotal role in providing
personalized, compassionate care and managing a team of vascular
technologists. Perform and interpret vascular examinations using
ultrasound and other diagnostic technologies. Lead and manage a
team of vascular technologists, providing training and support.
Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with health
regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance
patient care and treatment plans. Maintain accurate records and
reports in compliance with healthcare regulations. Proficiency in
using vascular technology equipment. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient-centric
