ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 based on patient acuity Highlights: 12-bed
Level IV NICU providing the highest level of neonatal intensive
care Work with critical neonates requiring maximum medical and
technological support Epic EMR system for streamlined documentation
and patient care coordination Dynamic acuity-based staffing model
ensuring appropriate patient assignments Facility actively seeking
Level IV NICU designation State-of-the-art technology and resources
for advanced neonatal care Requirements: Active RN license in Texas
or compact state eligibility NICU nursing experience required BLS
