Job Title: RN - Emergency Room Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Active RN License Certifications: TNCC, ENPC, ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Candidates must have TNCC and ENPC certifications by start date. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This is a contract position for an RN in the Emergency Department. The position requires floating to facilities as needed. The unit has 32 beds with a total staff of 117. Patient ratios are 4:1. Typical procedures performed include LP, intubations, TNK, lac repair, suture removal, and splinting. Ideal candidates are great team players who anticipate the needs of patients and the department. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs and a navy blue zip-up sweater; pull-over sweatshirts are not acceptable. Permanent positions may be available in the unit.
