Company: - 65-year-old group, 800 team members, 10 locations- 1 153 bed hospital - 23 full time employed clinicians, 110 total - Lots of specialists, from: Neuro, Urology to OB and Palliative care - No red tape in this group (not a corporate feel), CEO is hands on, MD lead system, state of the art facilities Benefits and Features: - 215-250k yr base salary -depending on years of experience - Tuition assistance, CME paid, moving and sign on bonus - 31 days PTO per year - Comprehensive benefits package - health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more Job/Practice Description- Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician: - Mon-thur-8-5, Friday 8-noon: then time for admin on Fridays - 1 weekend a month of call for the nursery - Can see all ages or just adults - 10-20 patients a day yr 1, then 20-25 patients after year 1 - These 2 openings are growth positions, this area of TX is growing! - Profile Background: - BC/ BE in Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician - Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Texas medical license - Wants to work with patients that come from lower middle-income families / blue collar patients. - Team player, someone who will jump in and help when needed - Someone who wants to make this place a long-term home, not a stepping-stone position ?david@nowhealthcare.org 843 494 1253
