Orthopedics. Our 44-bed Telemetry-capable unit helps patients
regain mobility after fractures, injuries, or chronic conditions
like arthritis and osteoporosis. Patients on our unit have been
long anticipating their surgeries, so you'll be the first witness
to their newly gained independence. Our unit is a great fit for you
if you enjoy witnessing rewarding patient outcomes, a predictable
workflow, straightforward care as compared to other units that can
have a heavier concentration of complex medical comorbidities, and
the satisfaction of seeing immediate progress in patients. What you
will do in this role: - Enjoy predictability and fulfillment in
your day– While every patient is unique, orthopedic procedures
follow a structured path, allowing for a more predictable workflow
for the RN and consistently rewarding results for patients. - Be a
part of our upbeat, engaged nursing team and a critical member and
collaborator on our dynamic interdisciplinary team– consisting of
the provider, PT, OT, and more. Our team works so well together
that we won TWO awards for patient outcomes and collaboration,
including the Prism Award and Honorable Mention for HCA
Healthcare’s Unit of Distinction. - Have safe nurse-to-patient
ratios and ample staffing support from LVNs, CNAs, an internal

What qualifications you will need: - Basic Life Support must be
obtained within 30 days of employment start date - Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree, Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelors Degree
