Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urologic care to Veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urolithiasis, voiding dysfunction, prostate disorders, erectile dysfunction, and urologic malignancies. Perform a wide range of outpatient procedures, including cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, and urodynamic studies. Participate in multi-disciplinary tumor boards, clinical/academic/administrative committees, and quality assurance programs. Supervise and teach Urology residents and medical students. Maintain a caseload of 10-12 patients per day Qualifications: MD/DO degree Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to patient safety and a High-Reliability Organization principles.
