Job Description:
Looking for a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join a
nonprofit dialysis provider with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Support patients with personalized nutrition education to improve
quality of life and manage chronic kidney disease.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress in a
full-time, weekday schedule covering two clinics.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and
families on renal diets, and review lab results.
Qualifications include RD credential, at least one year of clinical
experience, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
