About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Mother Baby to join our team at Methodist Children's Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our Mother Baby unit.Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
• Manage staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity goals.Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
