Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled equipment installer with welding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Welder and Installer, you will be responsible for installing work truck equipment such as flatbeds, utility bodies, lift gates, ladder racks, and custom fabrication. Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks to fabricate and install equipment on trucks. Interpret drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Independently solve problems that may arise during the installation process. Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welder. Strong welding skills and proficiency in various welding techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Time-conscious and task-oriented approach to work. Experience with 12-volt wiring (preferred but not required). Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
