What You'll Be Doing - Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs. - Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal plant operations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections. What Are We Looking For - Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety practices. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. - Must meet all safety and regulatory requirements for the role. Work Environment - Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands - Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach. - Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. - Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. - Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate tools and machinery safely. - Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
