Job Description:

sector. As a Construction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role
in supporting our construction projects across various energy
infrastructures including oil, gas, and renewable energy sources.
This role involves meticulous planning, effective execution, and
thorough monitoring of construction activities to ensure they meet
safety, technical, and environmental standards. Oversee daily
on-site construction operations and ensure compliance with safety
and environmental regulations. Coordinate with engineers,
architects, and other construction and building specialists to
ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Monitor project progress, and adjust schedules and budgets as
necessary. Prepare and submit project status reports, ensuring all
project phases adhere to contract specifications. Manage
construction resources and equipment, and ensure proper maintenance
and inventory records. Assess potential risks and develop
mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality.
Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong
understanding of construction practices, safety standards, and
environmental regulations. Effective communication and leadership
skills, capable of leading diverse teams. Ability to resolve
conflicts and provide solutions during project implementation.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Construction Manager (CCM) preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
