Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This position offers an opportunity to work as a
Special Education Teacher (Early Childhood Special Education) in an
elementary school setting, supporting 3- and 4-year-old students.
Located in Round Rock, TX, this contract role is designed for the
current school year and involves working closely alongside a
teacher and two paraprofessionals to deliver specialized
educational support tailored to young learners unique needs. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) for young children with special needs. Collaborate
with classroom staff and paraprofessionals to create an inclusive
and supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress and
adapt instructional strategies to meet developmental goals.
Communicate effectively with families to support student growth and
address concerns. Maintain accurate records in compliance with
district and state regulations. Qualifications: Valid Texas Special
Education (EC-5) licensure required. Experience working with
preschool-aged children, particularly those with special needs.
Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and
paraprofessionals. Patience, creativity, and dedication to early
childhood education. Ability to work Monday through Friday for 37.5
hours per week. Location: Round Rock, Texas at an elementary
