We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Help keep track of parts inventory, orders and returns. Keep invoices filed and organized daily.
