This is a full-time job, not side work. We already have the calls. We just need the right person to run them. Schedule (Set Shift) Saturday: All day after hours Sunday: All day after hours Monday: All day after hours Tuesday: All day after hours Wednesday: Half day (as needed) Off: Thursday & Friday every week (and 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks) You work when others dont and you get paid for it. Pay $30$35 per hour (DOE) Overtime opportunities Steady, year-round work What Youll Be Doing Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, water heaters, drains, fixtures, etc.) Handle emergency and weekend service calls Talk with customers, explain issues, and offer solutions Run calls independently with company support Keep your truck and work clean and professional Close out jobs in our mobile software (Service Titan) What Were Looking For Strong HVAC service experience Solid plumbing repair experience Able to diagnose and fix without hand-holding Comfortable working weekends and after hours Valid Texas drivers license Can lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, heat, etc. Professional, reliable, and customer-friendly What You Get Company vehicle and tools Real support from the office A shop that respects good techs Room to grow if you want more responsibility If youre good at both HVAC and plumbing and dont mind owning the weekends, this is could be a great fit.
