Basic competency in English Must work well in a team environment Must be a U. S citizen, a lawful permanent resident alien (i.e. possession of a “green card”, a citizen of American Samoa or any other territory owing permanent allegiance to the U.S. Must provide the names of their current employer, and all previous employers within a 2 year period Must pass a drug screening and background check Need OSHA 10 Certification Required to load and unload material from company vehicle and clean up trucks on jobsites Experience 6 months – 1 year
