Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides the managerial and
administrative direction for fleet and transportation services.
Oversees the organization, functional planning, staffing, training,
budgeting, guest relations, management of all Health System
vehicles, safe and accurate pick-up, transportation/delivery of
personnel, equipment supplies, and patient to, from, within and
between all University Health institutions. Promotes University
Health guest relations policy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s
degree from an accredited University is required. Course work in
business administration is preferred. Management experience in
asset protection or transportation is required, preferably in a
hospital or ambulatory care service. Must possess a current Texas
Driver’s License.
