a talented and motivated Full-time Tax Associate/Staff Accountant
to join a dynamic team. Job Overview We are looking for a
detail-oriented and analytical Full-time Tax Associate/Staff
Accountant to assist in tax preparation, financial reporting, and
various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a
experience with tax preparation, accounting principles, and
financial analysis. This position offers an excellent opportunity

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation and file federal,
state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations,
partnerships, and non-profit organizations Assist in the
preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets,
income statements, and cash flow statements Perform account
reconciliations and analyze financial data to identify
discrepancies or areas of concern Collaborate with senior staff
members on complex tax issues and provide support in tax planning
strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, including
documentation of tax positions and supporting schedules Participate
in client meetings to gather necessary information and explain
tax-related matters Stay current with changes in tax laws and
regulations through ongoing professional development and training
Assist in the preparation of audit support documentation and
respond to IRS inquiries or notices Assist in the review of tax
returns prepared by other team members to ensure quality and
accuracy Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as
needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and
accounting Proficiency in tax preparation software Strong knowledge
of US GAAP and tax laws Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel
