Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple ground-up development
projects Prepare and manage monthly construction draw requests ;
coordinate with project managers and lenders Track and reconcile
project budgets-including hard costs, soft costs, and capitalized
interest Maintain job cost reports and monitor cost-to-complete vs.
forecast Perform general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations,
and month-end close processes Prepare accurate GAAP-compliant
financial statements and support audits Support cost segregation
efforts and assist with project closeout and asset capitalization
What You'll Bring as the Senior Development Accountant Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of
development or construction accounting experience Solid
understanding of job cost accounting and project-based financial
tracking Proficiency in real estate accounting systems like Yardi,
