A local leading organization is currently seeking experienced
Credit Representatives in New Braunfels, TX for a long term
opportunity. Collection Representatives will reconcile past due
invoices, research of deductions and record keeping. If you meet

Responsibilities for Credit Representatives include but are not
limited to the following:
*Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record,
store, and analyze information.
*Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry,
mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
*Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to
compile and keep financial records.
*Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and
databases, using specialized accounting software.
*Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and
regulations.
*Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for
consideration:
*High School Diploma
*2 years collections experience
*Knowledge of SAP & Get Paid software a plus
*Call center a plus
Pay for this position is $11.25 hr plus overtime as needed. This is
a temporary to hire position.
